RF Amplifier 27dBm
Small project for a RF power amplifier using a TQP369180 and AH102 combination to reach a nominal output power of 27dBm. Frequency range is limited by the AH102 to 350-3000MHz.
PCB is designed for Rogers 4003C with 0.508mm thickness.
PCB bottom layer has no components since the board has to fixed flat to a mandatory heat sink.
